Benefits

1. U-value - With high performance as a guiding principle the new VRS system provides one of the lowest overall system U-values available of 1.5 W/m²K with double glazing and down to 1.1W/m²K with triple glazing.
2. Materials - VRS is made of glass, stainless steel (AISI 316), plastic, aluminium and rubber. The frames are thermal split with an integrated PUR core.
3. Glass - VRS has low energy double insulated glass units with Argon fill and “warm edge” spacer profile, outside with toughened safety glass and inside with laminated safety glass.
4. Colour – VRS is produced in stainless steel colour.
5. Ventilation - The minimal frames maximize the light which is unique compared to other glass roof systems.
6. Dimensions – VRS is delivered as single pitch, double pitch and pyramids and with a number of gables, clink, moulds and hips. Profile dimensions – Height: 90mm, Width: 48mm. Panel dimensions – Height: 260-3200mm, Width: 260-1200mm, Panel area: Max. 2.5 m²
7. Certifications - VRS is CE-marked (EN14351-1).
